Soundview Medical Associates is proud to offer our new  Patient Portal, an online patient service for our registered patients where you can safely and confidentially:

  • Request a non-urgent appointment with your doctor
  • Request your lab and X-Ray results
  • Securely ask your doctor questions
  • Get health forms
  • Make an online payment

Note: If you have not received an email invitation to register for our patient portal, then we do not have your email address on file. If so, please call our office at 203-838-4000 ext 4200.

Walk-Ins Welcome
Now for our established patients only, SUNDAY walk-in urgent care hours available, 11AM-3PM. Click here for special walk-in hours. We also offer same-day appointments for sick patients. (You must be an established patient).

 

Prescription Refills
If you need to refill your prescription, please contact your pharmacy directly. Your pharmacy will then contact us with any questions. Make sure you call your pharmacy a few days before your medication runs out to ensure that you don't run out of medication.

  • Dr. Cochran receives the 2011 Best of Norwalk Award

Dr. Charles Cochran received the 2011 Best of Norwalk Award in the Internal Medicine Practitioners category by the U.S. Commerce Association (USCA). The USCA "Best of Local Business" Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. The 2011 USCA Award Program focuses on quality, not quantity. Read press release.

  • Dr. Schwartz Elected to CT Boxing Hall of Fame

Dr. Michael Schwartz, who works at our Darien office, has been elected to the Connecticut Boxing Hall of Fame. The induction ceremony will be held at Mohegan Sun Resort on Oct 29, 2011. Since 1991 when he was appointed ringside physician for the State of Connecticut, Dr. Schwartz has been committed to improving the safety and health of the professional boxer.
